Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us, which is a different one from the order confirmation email. According to the information in the shipment confirmation email, two ways of checking the status of your order:
1. You can use the tracking code on the courier's website
or 2. You can click the " track my order" link in that email
Once your order is shipped you may also receive a separate email notification from the courier with a tracking number.
If you don't receive any shipment confirmation email from us, please contact us at support@monokel-eyewear.com and include your order number in the email.
If you have received the shipment confirmation email from us, for any questions regarding the schedule and delivery of your order please contact the courier directly.
