In order to return your order, please follow the instructions below within 14 days of receiving your order:
- visit our return page: https://returns.turnr.se/monokel-eyewear/
- Log in using the the email address connected to your order together with your order number
- complete the steps in the return process to register your return and receive your return documents
- Return label
- For orders within the EU a return label will be created and sent to you by email at the end of the return process.
- For orders outside of the EU a return label and commercial invoice will be created and sent to you by email at the end of the return process.
- For orders within Sweden a return label from DB Schenker will be included in your original shipment.
- Print and attach the return label (and commercial invoice) to the original box and remove any old shipping labels.
- Drop the package off at your choice of service point. Navigate to www.UPS.com or www.DBSchenker.com see available service points where the package can be dropped off.
- You will receive a receipt of the return via email including a link to a page where you can see the status of your return
- We cannot accept and process returns made from outside shipping methods. Returns that do not adhere to our policies will not be refunded or reshipped back to you.
- Note, that the costs for the return will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Monokel Eyewear is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
