We are currently unable to exchange scratched or otherwise damaged lenses in-house. A local optician should be able to help you install new lenses. If you are going to replace the lenses you can contact us at support@monokel-eyewear to receive lens specifications to give to the optician in order to exchange them with exactly the same or similar lens.
To ease and expedite the process, please include the following info when contacting us:
- Model, frame color and lens color of your sunglasses
- Pictures of the frame, from the front as well as the inside of the left temple
- Preferably the order number if the sunglasses are bought directly from our website or the name of the store where you bought them together with year of purchase.
